REVIEW: {LIFE & FOOD OMEGA-E SUPREME FISH OIL}
I would first like to say that I got this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I've been taking this for two weeks now, which is a great amount of time to do my review. Keep in mind though that I have been taking fish oil daily for the past couple of years. I've noticed that this fish oil is actually better than the other brands I would use. You take 2 soft gels once a day with a meal. I take it with my breakfast. It's best to take these pills at the same time everyday. Fish oil helps to promote cardiovascular health, joint support, circulation and helps in maintaing cholesterol levels. This omega-3 supreme fish oil pill contains a higher concentration of pharmaceutical grade omega-3s than the standard fish oil supplements I had been taking.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have any medical condition consult your doctor before use. The pills are small in size so they are very easy to swallow. So if you have any issues, you should be good to go. They DON'T cause the nasty fish burps some pills do. No known side effects i've seen since taking. They are enteric coated. These pills DON'T contain: GMOs, gluten, egg, additives, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy, milk, peanut, shellfish, stearates, sulfates, dioxides, or laureates. So If you had any concerns about what it contained or have any kind of allergies you now know if you can take them.
I highly recommend this product, and look forward to using them here on out when I do take fish oil.
